Founder & CEO — Menti Technologies
My passion and mission are to bring innovation to small and medium businesses through technology and data.
I hold a BA in computer science from Reichman University and possess many years of development and product experience. I've shipped numerous products and services that have increased engagement and contributed to my customers' bottom line.
I collaborate with elite engineers and designers to provide the most suitable, cost-effective solution for your business.
Roy holds a Computer Science degree from Reichman University and has spent his career building production systems — from data pipelines and cloud architecture to full product delivery for startups, SMBs, and government clients including the Tel Aviv Municipality.
Today he leads Menti Technologies, a small studio focused on production-grade AI bots and agents. The studio's work runs in production every day — including Barty, the bot for residential building committees, and Mazker, a personal AI assistant used daily by his closest circle.
The work here is small, deliberate, and senior. No junior teams, no offshore handoffs, no “AI strategists” who don’t write code. Every project is led by Roy personally — he sets the architecture, picks who works on it, and stays close enough to the code to know when something’s off.
Leads every project from first conversation to production deployment — architecture, messaging infrastructure, data layer, monitoring, on-call.
Multi-tenant SaaS, cloud infrastructure, retrieval and integration layers, data pipelines.
For founders and product teams who need senior technical judgment without hiring full-time. Roadmaps, hiring, technical due diligence, build-vs-buy, vendor selection.
First working versions usually live in weeks, not quarters.
Four working principles, learned from shipping things real people use every day.
The hard part of agent design isn’t writing prompts — it’s knowing what should stay a button. A great agent is the result of saying no to most of the conversation surface and saying yes to the parts where conversation actually beats a form. Most “AI products” fail this test.
Don’t build another app to install. The right place to put your bot is wherever your customers already talk — WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, email. The friction of “download our new tool” is usually the reason agents don’t get used.
Anyone can demo a bot. Running one is different work. Logging, tracing, error handling, alerting, retries, observability, rollbacks — the unglamorous infrastructure that turns a clever prompt into a system you can stand behind.
The product doesn’t exist in the brief. It emerges from the first hundred real users doing things you didn’t predict. So we ship a working version fast — narrow, honest, in front of real people — and let the product tell us what it actually wants to be.
Let's partner and make your vision a reality — your success is mine.
